Terms of service

The rules for using Trigvanta and its services.

LegalVersion 2.0Updated 2026-07-28

Important

AI-written suggestions are never published automatically — you always review and approve first.

Overview

These terms apply to both individuals and businesses using Trigvanta. Anyone can create an account directly via self-service sign-up — there is no separate application or approval step to get access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Individual accounts require a name, email, phone number and country. Business accounts additionally require a company registration number, company name and a named contact person.

Account registration

Registration creates your account and first workspace immediately — you are logged in at once, and no administrator needs to approve the request first.

Owners, admins and root accounts must set up two-factor login (TOTP) before doing anything else in the platform; this cannot be turned off.

Workspace and user responsibility

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for policy and permission management.

Acceptable use

Use must comply with source policies, compliance requirements and approval controls.

Prohibited use

Abuse, attempts to circumvent policies and unsafe automation are prohibited.

AI-generated suggestions and user approval

AI output is a draft by default and requires your explicit selection/approval before publishing. A workspace can set a specific automation rule to full automation, in which case low-risk actions that pass validation publish without a manual click — mandatory approval gates for high-risk actions (deletions, redirects, live publishing) cannot be turned off regardless of that setting.

External actions and manual approval

External actions require manual approval unless explicitly enabled and supported.

Billing and payment

A free account requires no payment and no card to create. Paid plans (more websites, higher automation volume, team approvers) are arranged directly with us — contact sales@trigvanta.com or use the Contact page; automatic card billing does not exist yet.

Subscription, renewal, termination

Workspace status is tied to billing status and contract status.

Data ownership

Customer data ownership and processing limits are defined by agreement and policy.

Service availability

Service availability may vary during maintenance, policy and risk controls.

Third-party providers

Some features depend on third-party integrations and provider availability — including a browser extension for social listening, which only works on the specific platforms it supports and only while you have it installed and enabled. See the Privacy policy for exactly what it reads.

Suspension and termination

Trigvanta may suspend accounts for abuse, unsafe use, payment issues or policy violations.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited as defined in customer agreements and legal terms.

Governing law and your local rights

Trigvanta is operated from Sweden (Oziro AB) and, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Swedish law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have where you live — including under EU/EEA, UK, Swiss, US state (e.g. California) or other applicable law.

Changes to the terms

Terms updates are version-controlled and acceptance is tracked.
